Drive your day-to-day activities with passion and energy to generate Net New Assets for SPDR ETFs in the Swiss Market
Directly develop and manage SPDR ETFs Client Relationships in Switzerland with a focus on intermediary and Institutional Asset Managers clients in French speaking area of Switzerland
Work closely and collaboratively with the Swiss SPDR Team and the overall Swiss Client Facing Team to promote SDPR across channels while ensuring strong team collaboration
Together with the rest of the Swiss SPDR Team, work closely with the EMEA PR and Marketing Team to elaborate, execute and monitor a PR and Marketing Strategy for SPDR ETFs in Switzerland
Implementation of sales strategies and marketing initiatives which support new business and organic revenue growth
Remain abreast of industry and product trends (includes competitor analysis) and ensure SPDR is positioned to take advantage of local market opportunities
Create a sales culture which promotes a sense of urgency, is collaborative and client focused
Identify and anticipate client requirements, expectations and needs
Ensure strong local oversight and controls including liaison with Compliance, Audit, Finance and the regulators

Major responsibilities:

Create and maintain a book of business with key clients in the French speaking segment of the Swiss market
Bring to clients and prospects SPDR ETFs investment ideas and research
Involve the clients on the major SPDR initiatives (seminars, events, surveys)
Execute sales campaigns
Monitor and check the outcomes of the investment decisions
Work closely with the team head to define tactical plans and focus initiatives, Proven ability to develop and execute successfully on strategic sales plans
Experienced Sales Skills in developing relationships across multiple products, asset classes and regions
Degree qualified or equivalent with a financial or analytical discipline preferred
Proven ability to sell ETF
Possess strong business instincts, sound judgment and creative mindset
Advanced communication and client relationship management skills
Demonstrated ability to provide fresh insights and new ways of approaching issues based on past experiences, a global perspective, and well-articulated facts and reasoning
Proven commitment to risk, compliance, governance and regulation policies and procedures
Comprehensive asset management market and product knowledge across all SSgA asset classes/product lines
Analytically minded with strong problem solving skills
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities to meet internal and external deadlines
Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external clients
Willing to assume responsibility and take ownership of tasks assigned
Strong communication and leadership skills
High-level presentations skills
Fluency in French and English as well as good knowledge of German
Confident and pro-active
Good technical ability with some investment industry knowledge
Ability to work well within a team
Good organization skills
Enthusiastic, motivated and open
Positive, entrepreneur and can do attitude
Excellent time keeping and adherence to deadlines
