Help the customer and consumer marketing manager to develop and create a marketing strategy and a communication plan.
Deliver marketing communication against the marketing plan to support the market segment strategy.
Steer and create the tactical marketing communication, take full responsibility to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
Communicate and coordinate campaigns.
Engage with the target group, define the right marketing mix, channels and creatives.
Translate insights and product benefits into engaging communication.
Manage internal or external creative producers.
Measure communication activities against targets and continuously optimize creative approaches
Have a deep understanding of communication principles and trends, Ideally at least five years of relevant professional experience
Excellent written and spoken German and English
Comprehensive knowledge of B2B, product and online marketing (co-operations, media, SEO, SEM and affiliate)
Experience working with sales teams, sales experience is a plus
Knowledge about commercial RE is a plus
Willing to take on responsibility; creative, assertive, innovative, structured and possessing an efficient working manner
Experience working in a tech-related complex, data-driven environment, cooperating with different teams within the organization
