The Program Manager is responsible for leading an innovation program from program start until readiness for customer and supports the serial development within a first pilot project. Regularly the goal of an innovation program is to develop a new product.

He/she is responsible for the technical product definition, the whole program management and guarantees the customer satisfaction regarding quality, costs and delivery of objectives.
The main tasks are to:

Develop strong internal and external relationships.
Start, coordinate and monitor the program: Definition of the project goals and specification of the product, documentation of the program progress, the program status and budget report as well as preparation of the gate reviews according to IPMS (Innovation Program Management System).
Staff, lead and coordinate the cross-functional program team with members of
Product Line Engineering
Metier Specialists / Experts
Innovation Purchasing
Innovation Process
Prototype shop
Program Controlling
CBU (Customer Business unit) if it is a customer related program
Define goals and tasks for the cross-functional program team members
Create a 'Program Management culture' by ensuring processes defined in the Faurecia Program Management Reviews Innovation (PMRI) are applied at all steps, and by developing synergies between all actors involved in the program.
Organize communication throughout the entire program cycle.
Perform risk/opportunity analysis, develop and implement corresponding action plans.
Ensure a smooth program transfer from Innovation into serial development and prepare all necessary specifications together with Metier Specialists / Experts. Document and structure all key program information to assure program continuity and contribute to knowledge management.
Cooperate with the program controller, cooperate with the CBU in case of an RFQ and support CBU to create a business plan and define a program and invest plan if needed., Minimum 3-5 years of project experience (ideally within Faurecia)
