The Sales Excellence Lead is a key member of the EMEA Leadership Team, acting as a strategic and trusted advisor, and sales coach, running and transforming the business in partnership with the Lead. He is a change agent, operationalizing company strategy, leading behavior and culture change and landing seller role accountabilities. The SE Lead runs a rigorous and disciplined business, constantly extrapolating business insights that accelerate segment priorities and optimize operational processes. SE Lead increases seller productivity and capability, coaching to drive impact growth, revenue and share. In addition, he is viewed as strategic advisor and a coach that influences and impacts the predictability of the current business and the opportunity of the future of the segment business.
Your daily responsibilities include:
- Sales Leadership
- Change management
- Operational Excellence.
- Bachelor/Master degree in Economics/Business Administration
- 5+ years of related experience in sales management/leadership, change management, business transformation
- Knowledge in organizational leadership, strategic sales planning and strategic insights
- High degree of adaptability, customer focus and analytical problem solving
- Very good English and German skills in written and spoken
- Attractive working conditions with good prospects
- Fixed monthly salary
- Contract till 30.08.2017 with the renewal option
