Collaborate with the commercial teams (Manufacture, Retail & LSP) to identify the strategically important projects, gain approval and sponsorship internally & externally
Completion of Value Chain Analysis (VCA) at selected key customers and opportunities including customer insights, recommendations and implementation
Provide innovative solutions to generate revenue and customer satisfaction by means of problem-solving methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma that improve the supply chain
Demonstrate CHEP's value proposition across different players of the Supply Chain by:
building networks and relationships with stakeholders at all levels within the customers' supply chains
Implementing joint strategic plans with key customers, addressing topics such as growth, cost reduction, sustainability, collaboration and ease of doing business
Project-manage such initiatives in tight collaboration with the local sales / commercial teams
Roll out the best solutions across the wider customer base to create additional value
Support the development of a solution-based sales process based on customer insights and turning that into a commercial methodology that can be rolled out across the globe
Ensure that we meet all of our commercial and customer satisfaction objectives, measured by BVA (Brambles Value Added) , Leakage and NPS (Net Promoter Score), Minimum 3 years' experience in Sales/ Account/Key Account Management or Consulting
Service industry background, customer facing role in Automotive, distribution or logistics
Strong service orientation and excellent customer orientated communication skills
Diplomatic and sensitive when serving customers of a different mentality and culture
Good understanding of Customer Experience, Customer Solutions and keen to create customer loyalty
Experience within an international environment
English and German on a fluent level
Experience of using LEAN processes, Value Chain Analysis, sales tools & techniques in large supply chains and transactional environment
Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt certified - non - compulsory
