Drive the success of the agreed plan for bookings, CLV, inventory, market share
Engage and build relationship at executive level with all stakeholders
Gear resource allocation to drive sales execution and profitable unit acquisition to exceed set targets
Own the creation and review of the annual go to market plan for all channels
Coordinate all execution activities across all channels in respective region
Deliver personal development skills plans for each team member
Input to and approve all sales and marketing campaigns in respective territory
Manage all operational aspects: deal approvals, account reviews, partner reviews, forecast reviews, QBRs
Manage contra revenue flow to hit profitable growth in region
Execute Performance Management across all team members
Represent the company and ensure timely & effective communications to all stakeholders (Internal & External)
Provide Agent management (day-to-day), Previous experience managing/leading a successful territory
Demonstrated experience turning strategy into reality.
Strong relationship management experience at executive level.
Track record in driving sales to meet and exceed targets.
University degree or equivalent business qualification preferred
Fluent in English
